"Not quite sure if rentals is the focus of Ms. Song or if it’s actual “for sale homes”. I reached out for 2 weeks and she did not answer calls or texts. If I did not fit the criteria - a simple text for communication could have sufficed /which she did not follow up after I gave her my information . I even called the office “Samson Properties” and they assured me that she was the listing agent on the property in Ellicott City.
